Drug Testing Services

Program Overview: 

Alcohol, Drug and Safety Action Program (ADSAP): A clinical assessment is done to determine the degree of impairment, risk and to determine the types of services an individual will require to regain their driving privileges. Based on the assessment, educational or therapeutic services are provided. Court conviction mandates participation. SC Act No. 201, R234, H3496 (April 2008)

Program Details: 

The cost to be relicensed can range from $500 to $2500. Participants in this program must have received a DUI, an implied consent or a BAC of .15 or greater. The requirements to get your license back vary per person. Some individuals may need more services than others.

ADSAP requirements can range from attending an educationally-based class for 16 hours to placement in Level 1 outpatient counseling for 6 -12 weeks; Level 2.1 Intensive Outpatient Program for 9-19 hours a week for 6 weeks; or referral to an inpatient facility for treatment when warranted.
