DUI Relicensing Services
The requirements to get your license back vary from individual to individual. Some individuals may need more services than others. The cost to be relicensed can range from $500.00 to $2500 dollars.
Alcohol, Drug and Safety Action Program (ADSAP) a clinical assessment is done to determine degree of impairment and risk. Based on the assessment, educational or therapeutic services are provided. Court conviction mandates participation. SC Act No. 201, R234, H3496 (April 2008)
ADSAP requirements can range from attending an educationally-based class for 16 hours to placement in an in-patient facility for 2 weeks to 30 days or outpatient counseling. An assessment determines the types of services an individual will require to regain their driving privileges.
Participants in this program must have received a DUI or an implied consent.
